Personally, I would love a HD Roku type streaming player that responds to verbal and motion commands. Even a bigger plus if you can video chat. It would be great for my family members that do not want or desire a Xbox 360.
Just think of how much nice it would be for invalids, people in the hospital, or that day home when you are ill and don't want to move off the couch.
