It's all user error, the sensor problem is a feature, you didn't use the battery right and you have already been told to hold the phone differently, what more do you want? Oh, and $29 is a small price to pay for being able to have the phone now. Look at all the people on backorder and seeing "out of stock" living in pure misery of "uncool".
