Good for Apple's consumers!

For the first time ever, Apple consumers have said ENOUGH!!! and look at what the result was! Apple was finally forced to provide some good customer service for a change.

Seriously guys, apologizing for Apple gets you nowhere. If you complain, Apple isn't going to punish you (well, Apple will punish the paid astro-turfers that are here on ZDNet, we all know who you are). You only get results with multi-national, multi-billion $$$/year mega-corporations if you let them know that you are displeased. If all you do is apologize, you can be sure that nothing will ever get better.

So congrats to Apple consumers for saying ENOUGH IS ENOUGH and good on Apple for doing the right thing. There is a first time for everything. happy
