What bothers me is the move towards desktop crippled Linux versions like gPC's gOS and Chrome OS. These exploit Linux while tying it to the web services of providers like Google, instead of encouraging a healthy Linux desktop environment. Why run some crippled version of Linux when you can run the real thing?
