@MIT MAN Thank you for your feedback. Also, thank you to Paul for responding, as well. There seems to be a disconnect in what social media monitoring tools are supposed to do. The tool assists in gathering the data, but requires a human element to analyze the data. There is no one single magic tool. Most organizations need to find the right tool or combination of tools to support measurable business objectives and mesh with company culture. If tools are not chosen for those reasons, there will be a disconnect. There are many more competitors in the space and their developments and the requests of our community keep us striving to do and be better.
