This doesn't necessarily categorize marijuana into this patent, thus the reasoning behind David Gewirtz quoting "Processed plant matter for medicinal purposes, namely medical marijuana". It could be other herbs as well. I hate obama and i smoke pot. Even know this report is marijuana bias based. It shouldn't be because, If a Daisy would be used medically per se, a ""Bellis perennis" is a "Daisy", And daisy should get its patent.
