Well I am sure some top hand writing experts, FBI will have a few laying around will be able to validate or invalidate the signator pretty quickly.
If this true then the case should be dismissed in the next couple of weeks. I suspect however it will not be an this is just bluster from the Facebook lawyers trying to scare away the claiment. The key reason, they should/would of called in the law agencies aka FBI, an they would of forbid any such statements until there investigation is completed .
