6. Clear back up strategies as contract line items with compensation when it goes wrong.
7. Clear exit strategy in case the hosting company goes out of business or is bought by or sold to another company that doesn't want to do business the way my business wants to do business.
8. Clear policies on data retention that meet or exceed legal policies on record keeping.
