Use Micro-scaling with a CAD program. Design a 2cmx2cm mold using nanospheres for your primary half sphere bubble shape. They can be put in a honeycomb pattern. The bubbles can be formed at what angle needed to focus in coming light on to the (micro-)solar cell.
