Open Web Analytics (http://www.openwebanalytics.com) is another open source project that provides an open source web analytics framework. It differs from Piwik in that it intends to become a full open source replacement for commercial services like Google Analytics and Omniture by making many of those "advanced" analytics features work for as open source for high traffic web sites.
Open Web Analytics has been developed for the last three years and just released version 1.3.0 which includes built in support for advanced tracking of WordPress and MediaWiki based web sites.
