No, Macs aren't "invulnerable" -- one day hackers will begin to target them too. I have two laptops, one is a PC and the other a Mac (Windows 7 and Snow Leopard). The difference is that even when Macs will be targeted, fewer updates will be required due to the design of the operating system. I support Windows servers and PCs for a living, and have chosen a Mac (my first one) for my personal use for this reason.
