Superb analysis of what's going on, and hypotheses about how it could unfold - thanks, Don. For some years, inspired by Prof. James Cash, Harvard Business School (now retired) I've blogged about the shift from business-IT 'alignment' to business-IT 'convergence.' I think that offers yet another interpretation of CoIT - 'converged IT.'
