Having antiquated business practices is the underlying root of slipping market share. Ship It mentality driving an Opex to the customer as a service offering is deplorable. Perhaps MSFT should focus instead on SLA delivery of bits in a box for volume license customers who can be credited for poor quality against crashing systems, this would be inline with Azure service offerings and cloud storage SLA.
