@Bill4: Agreed. Even if you buy Oracle licenses at massive discounts, you still get to pay 20% of retail in support contract fees. (wish Postgres would get up a similar feature set, so we could ditch fscking Oracle once and for all... *sigh*.)
Funny thing is, this isn't an open source issue. This is all about Java ME (which ain't GPL'd, or any other open-source licensed).
