Let's hear from all the 3rd party maintenance vendors. How are you supporting your clients without cheating by doing illegal downloads of middleware patches, as TomorrowNow did? With all the components of an enterprise system (servers, etc.), isn't it inevitable that after a few years an incompatibility will arise which cannot be fixed without a very technical middleware patch?
