And I added an extensive memory check to that list as well. I have been experiencing this problem for 5-6 months now! I spent 4-5 hours on the phone with Microsoft and they weren't able to solve it (last try was about one month ago.)
The action center keeps telling me that the problem is with IE8 add-ons, but I disabled all and still have the problem. I sure hope the patch (which I just requested) does the trick this time!
