The summary and the article emphasizes the fact of Brazil being a second-leading open source user. At first look, I thought all this census was an "open source" project while it is not. It runs on Windows, as said in the middle of the article. It? s good to know that Brazil is using such tecnology on its census, independently of brands or technology used, but I didn? t get the point of such an emphasis on Open Source news while this project runs on Windows PDAs.
