Cloud technology is something that modern operational departments within enterprises are realizing they can?t live without. Your points highlight that in order to successfully utilize a private cloud, strong software and solid models are necessary. Your discussion of cloud technologies highlights HP Cloudsmart, but I?d also like to add Deployit, which serves a similar purpose. Deployit is a good match for a cloud environment because it?s able to connect to thousands of servers to deploy applications. Have you found automated deployment in the private cloud to be helpful?
