As one of MANY hugely dissatisfied customers of their home version of online backup, which simply doesn't work most of the time, I find it incredible that they are moving into the SMB market without having fixed their current issues. Despite months and months of efforts and endless troubleshooting by their own user base, they are unable to implement a working product, while their competitors in the marketplace seem to have no such difficulty. All I can say to the SMB's out there is "caveat emptor".
