1) I agree with rschoonh, Acronis products do have issues and it can be very difficult if not impossible to get them resolved. Much of their supposed tech support is simply a bunch of canned responses.
2) As a SMB solution provider I take exception to their statements. The businesses I see who have no backup strategy are those who try to go it alone since they do not have the qualified employees to actually design, implement, or test a real disaster recovery plan.
