@Dr_Zinj I think your completely right. It's the same as running a car. If the engine oil you're using makes the car run rough then change it. It's pretty simple.
I had an employee in my plumber horsham business that just didn't fit so I had to get rid. It may be harsh but at then end of the day it had to be done.
