Love Microsoft and all, but the VLSC drives me insane for all the same reasons as CCrabtree stated, but also because there's no way for me to update the contact information for the contracts. I work for the parent company of 4 different business entities and we control all the agreements, but I have had difficulty consolidating them under one contact information instead of each sub-business. It's such a hassle, and makes auditing counts a complete nightmare.
