@Micromush
Very true. Toshiba sold me a defective laptop, after 3 attempts at repairing it, even their legal department called me and said i had to keep sending it in for repairs. No replacement and No refunds. In Massachusetts, The law states you have the right to a refund in regards to defective merchandise. This right is contained in the Implied Warranty of Merchantability law. I am in the process of suing Toshiba for my refund. Buyers beware, what a bunch of crooks!!!
