Seems to me like he's just asking the company to be serious about sustainability.
So all shareholder activists are just troublemakers are they? At least your prejudice is blindingly obvious. Heaven forbid shareholders actually have some say in how the fat cats waste their money (usually on salaries, packages and options)
And as for no hoper resolutions, my partner helped stop a uranium mine as a shareholder activist, so sometimes it does work
