Hi Dana, thanks for the insight. The increase in ALM tools is a clear indicator that such tools are necessary for companies as they modernize their applications. However, during the selection process, it?s important that companies make sure they choose a deployment automation product that?s a complete, end-to-end solution, rather than those which can only automate a small section of the process. This is especially true in terms of deployment automation solutions that manage releases. If release management doesn?t incorporate an end-to-end automation solution, it will still require significant manual work, thereby eliminating many of the benefits that were derived from implementing the solution in the first place. Would you agree?
