Copy & Paste is obvious. Better/IMAP support for Gmail (okay, that's a personal desire). MORE/BETTER APPS. Folders in the apps list. Unified inbox. Twitter people hub integration. One friend said Pandora is a must before he'll switch; I suspect that is common.
