ignore the troll... I'm with you on unified inbox but lets take it one step further. How about grouping the inboxes? Keep work and play separate but still allow you to view 1 unified inbox of mail you want grouped. Could be as easy as a drag and drop.
Also, folders were nice on iPhone but instead of folders how cool would it be to create your own hubs. Move two apps together and combine content from them. These are the steps forward I'm expecting from WP7. Not the old desktop / iPhone metaphor but something smarter.
