@ambroselittle I personally do not want folders or a unified inbox. Folders just don't feel right to me for this UI. I think a letter filter (like contacts) would be more than sufficient. I also think that a unified inbox would make the live tile a bit useless. I currently like that I can see when I have a work email versus a personal email.
