Our execs were approached by a small consulting firm that proposed to take our meager "green" efforts and turn it into a major marketing campaign. They actually took pictures of recycling bins in the break room to use as examples!
Needless to say, our execs thought it was a brilliant idea and I'm ashamed to say that the resulting media package makes us look like champion tree-huggers. I expect 90 percent of other companies' "green" initiatives are similar.
