Don't expect too many AT&T customers to jump ship because of this reason and the ones that do will most likely regret it and take advantage of Verizon's 30-day return policy.
For those that live in AT&T problem areas (San Fran, New York), it will be a livable trade-off but for others, it will be a disappointment even if they don't realize how much they use the capability.
