I purchased the neotv 550 yesterday. I am greatly disappointed this media streamer should be called the great MEDIA FREEZER it locks & picture freezes all the time. I am getting a refund & I will now buy a sony play station ps3 has better reliabiltiy & better picture quality. Don't waste your money buying the Netgear NEOTV 550 this media player still to buggy for me.
