many users I know wanted to try Vista / Win 7 and had lotsa problems. Most were from legacy hardware that works (scanners / printers). So they use other modern browsers and they are happy for now, if they do want to upgrade it's going to force them to upgrade the legacy periphs first or at the same time as their system.
