I noticed some "visually enhanced" features in Bing on IE9 last night while working on a project. I was otherwise occupied so didn't pay much attention - mainly what I noticed was some animation when clicking on the search button or elsewhere in the interface. I'll have to pay more attention to it next time I'm on that PC.
