Dropbox just changed their terms of service to indicate that they will honor legal information requests from the government. That means that the whole time, they've been lying about their encryption - they can obviously access your data despite saying that they cannot.
SkyDrive, on the other hand, doesn't even pretend to encrypt your data - it's password security. So, no good options for those with sensitive data.
