We have an eLearning development system that allows non-programmers to publish HTML interactive multimedia and eLearning. Currently we support WMP, Flash and HTML5 for H264 video/audio MP3 to allow for synchronised voice-over, text, graphics and video.
While our modules will run on multiple platforms and browsers, they don't run on the iPad/iPhone as Apple has not implemented autoplay for the HTML 5 audio and video tags. They used to run by using a workaround which Apple closed in the last iOS update. No problem with other browsers that don't support HTML 5, we just fall back to Flash or WMP (IE).
So it appears we'll just ignore iOS until Apple decides to have a full HTML 5 implementation. Luckily recent Android phones are not a problem and Mango for WP7 will also give HTML 5. Our goal is to be able to publish to any platform or browser, but Apple is making it difficult.
