It is hackers like Idahc that will sadly teach all industries what they need to learn about better security programming. It is hackers like LulzSec that will teach all industries that setting up security programs is not enough, but the future of computer security may end up needing live 24 hour a day monitoring of network traffic. Hackers like these, no matter what sanctions you place against them or how many you arrest, will never cease to exist. War isn't about guns and troops. It's about how well you can protect your information from those that seek to steal it from you.
