Thales wins $51m Defence support deal

"I am pleased to announce that Thales Australia will continue to provide support services for ADF command and control systems," said Greg Combet, the minister for Defence Personnel, Materiel and Science.

"The five-year contract with Thales begins this month and is valued at $51 million. The services will be delivered from facilities located in Canberra and Perth. The command and control systems support military planning and the conduct of ADF operations and exercises."

This contract will support 37 jobs and bolster Australia's defences.
