  • Book Creator for iPad

    Name: Book Creator for iPad

    Developer: Red Jumper Studio

    Price: $4.99

Compatibility: iPad. Requires iOS 6.0 or later.

Lessons in Western schools have expanded beyond projectors and photocopies, and as the next generation of teachers more readily accept technology as a way to make their lessons more interesting and interactive, a number of applications have been developed for this purpose.

The creation of e-books -- when and if you have a time as a teacher, or if you want to make money as a publisher -- is made easier through apps including Book Creator. Available for the iPad, users can create their own books and manuals, choose portrait or landscape sizes, add images, edit text, and import video and music for use.

Over one million books have been created using the app so far.
