Definition: calendaring

Using an electronic calendar to keep track of events. Calendars can be set up to alert you at a certain time or at recurring times. Group calendaring can alert an entire team as well as let users view each other's calendars. It often includes group scheduling, which allows a user to set up a meeting with project members. Team members are automatically e-mailed, and the program waits for the collective responses.
