Doug is the principal of Rapid Response Consulting, an advisory group that integrates ICT solutions. He has worked at some of the largest telecommunications firms in Canada, including Bell Canada, Telus and AT&T. Was the Director of R&D for Bell Canada Security Solutions Inc, developing I.P. based security platforms and ICT services. Doug also served on several executive committee’s that tested post disaster ICT challenges during a crisis for Strong Angel III in San Diego and continues advisory work for several U.S. DOD initiatives involving ICT needs during a disaster.
