Microsoft's Windows 7 arrived in late 2009 and kicked off a PC upgrade cycle that's expected to last a few years. Windows 7 got Microsoft back in the game among consumers and the enterprise upgrade cycle is expected to arrive in the second half of 2010 and carry through 2011.
