Formerly known as the mySAP Business Suite, the primary applications cover enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM), product life cycle management (PLM), supply chain management (SCM) and supplier relationship management (SRM).
Services Oriented
The SAP Business Suite roadmap is services oriented, and the Suite's underlying NetWeaver platform is geared to an enterprise service-oriented architecture (see NetWeaver). See R/3 and SAP.
