Toshiba has announced three new Satellite Pro notebooks, all to become available in June.

The three models span the business mobile and desktop replacement segments, and they are designed to offer powerful working solutions at prices which won’t break the bank.

All models feature an ergonomic keyboard design intended to increase comfort while typing, a separate number pad, and multitouch control via the touchpad.

The chassis design for all three is very similar, - we’ve pictured the L650 here but apart from overall size and port/connector configuration there is little to choose between the three.

The Satellite Pro C650 and stablemate the C650D offers a choice of AMD or Intel processor and hard drive capacity of up to 350GB.

Other specifications include:

- 15.6 inch TruBrite® HD display with LED backlighting (16:9 aspect ratio) - RAM: up to 4GB DDR3 (1066 MHz) - HDD up to 320GB - Integrated graphics - WLAN (802.11 b/g/n) - VGA webcam - DVD-SuperMulti +-R DL

The L650 and L670 are based around Intel Core i3 and i5 processors. They have hard drive options up to 500GB and discrete graphics chipsets via the ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5650 (1GB). Both notebooks have HDMI connectors allowing digital output to external monitors.

Other specifications include:

- 5.6 inch TruBrite® HD display with LED backlighting (16:9) - Satellite Pro L650 - 17.3 inch TruBrite® HD display with LED backlighting (16:9) - Satellite Pro L670 - RAM: up to 4GB DDR3 (1066 MHz) - Bluetooth: V2.1 + EDR - WLAN (802.11 b/g/n) - VGA webcam - DVD-SuperMulti +-R DL

Prices for all models are to be confirmed.
