We all cope with stress using different methods, as it is so often part of modern life. However, the developers of Stress Relief Self-Hypnosis say that through hypnotherapy sessions presented via this app, "you will learn to respond in a more positive manner to the triggers of stress and free yourself from stress disorder, gaining real and lasting stress relief."

When I tried the app, there were certainly no amazing revelations about my response to stress -- but the music did calm everything down for a time.

Really? A WHOLE 5 minutes to relax?

Wow...how wonderful. But then again, most users of these devices these days...and I am referring to ALL makes & models, not solely Apple...have the attention span of a Flea anyway...so I guess 5 minutes more than they need.

I hope this article was not of necessity of personal experience.

I saw a doctor and asked him about my dreams... Doc what does it mean I keep dreaming of wigwams and tepees? He said I was two tents. :-)
