    The U.S. Sentencing Commission website, screenshot. Upon visiting ussc.gov and entering enter Konami code (with cursor keys) ↑↑↓↓←→←→ (up up, down down, left right left right) then keys B, A and "Enter" - the page becomes a playable version of the old Atari game, Asteroids.

  • Unrelated, but anyone here a Stephen Baxter fan?

    I recall a quote from spacebattles about how one poster there likes to think of Asteroids as a game based on the book Exultant, where you play a Xeelee Nightfighter shooting down Rocks. They add that while the game came out 25 years before the book, if you are a fan of said books you see why that isn't really a problem.
