  • As someone who was told in 2002 I had been a victim of identity fraud I don't understand why 10 years later this service is optional. Identity theft does not always result in someone accessing your bank account it can also involve someone using your personal details, or assuming your identity for activities you do not even know about.

    Government agencies should be mandated to use this service.
