>>What are some examples of where you've had a breakthrough with technology that has delivered some definable ROI?
>> Well, I think we've got a few examples. The first one that comes to mind would be our efforts over the past year and a half or two years in terms of virtualizing our environment. And we've made great progress with server virtualization. We've made pretty good progress in terms of virtualizing our desktops, in other words, giving us the ability to deploy, or desktop on thin clients and various places around the world. We've also, we've made some good progress in our supply chain with, in terms of technology helping our business. And I can think of an example where we've improved the way we route our trucks that not only can we give our customers better information about where their stuff is, but we're able to spend less money on, for example, gasoline. And I think a couple of those examples would be how we've innovated, in IT, to help our customers and the business.
>> A wireless and RFID, radio frequency identification technologies, are they an important part of your existing footprint, or your plan moving forward?
>> Well, certainly, wireless is a big part of our footprint, and we look at emerging technologies like Y-max and think about how we could use those across our enterprise. RFID is a technology that we have piloted in a couple of instances, but it's not something that we think is ready for our business to deploy across the supply chain yet.
>> Well, what are some of those pilots? In what areas have you been using that technology?
>> We've used them in our stores to help with product placement and understanding how products move around our stores. We've tried it in a couple of our distribution centers to see if it was something that would be compelling to roll out across the chain.
