>> How does the factory floor automation fit into your transition plan?
>> That's a great question cause in our current facility you know there's very little automation there's really most activities are done by hand so as we go into the new facility you know we're looking at all the different places that we can plug in automation that makes sense for the business. We want to obviously maintain and improve the quality of our products as we go forward but also you know gain the efficiencies of moving into a new facility. We think we can be a lot more accurate, a lot you know a lot more consistent in our processes in a new facility. One area in particular that we're spending a lot of time working on is the warehouse. Today our warehouse is very much everything comes out of the SAP system but when it goes down to the floor it's all a paper based system where guys are carrying around sheets of paper, telling them what they've got to go get and pick this and pick this and they're checking that off and then going over to a terminal and entering it after they've finished. The way that we're gonna do that in the new facility and we're actually already implementing this in our existing facilties is to go to a voice picking system where those guys in essence have a head set on and they're being told hey go to this location all you know by the system directed to each location and check on what they're putting on each pallet so it's really a step forward we think in terms of the accuracy and the confirmations you know and the speed and safety.
