>>Well I think like any CIO cost containment would be number one given the economy. Workforce efficiency again, process improvement just driving down costs so those are top of mind elements I think within our business. We will continue to grow and as a Company we'll continue to grow but again, I think that's our job right now is to really just look at how do we continue to be more efficient with what we have.
