>> Now, there's a lot of attention today on green technologies and I guess there are two aspects of it for you. One is in your own IT infrastructure are you going more green or being more conscious of using, you know how you use your CPU cycles? And then secondly in the building construction.
>> Green is, is very, very important to us and to the owners and to the community. We take being a part of the community very seriously. Development of buildings and things has always been, some people have questioned some of the building development. So the more we can build green, the more we can build efficient is extremely important. In fact, the California Academy of Sciences will be a platinum rated, what they call a lead building, which is the, one of the highest levels you can get for one of the green building technologies.
>> How do you qualify for platinum level?
>> There is a set of standards that have to be met and people can go out and research the LED or the lead ratings and it's actually a list of exact qualifications that you have to qualify for and there are points given for using different green agents within the building. You can get points for simple things like bike racks and for recycling materials on the job site. Some are given for location to, to mass commuting, others are given for materials being used, others used for recycling of air and water. So, there are a series of points you can obtain and the standards are set for different levels of silver, gold, and platinum. So platinum is the highest rating you can get on that point system. So it's actually a very defined set of points to reach the, the green building levels underneath that LED program. The California Academy of Science for example has a living roof, so it's a fully grass roof. It has windows, automatic electrically operated windows to, for climate change and control. So using outside air for climate change. So, there's a lot of innovations and things that may not be very apparent from the outside that are being done to, to help with green buildings and technology.
>> And then in your own data center.
>> We're using the pretty standard tools that most people are using. We're consolidating data centers to save power and energy. We are using of course virtual servers and VM Ware and tools like that to, to try to cut down on CPU cycles. We're doing our best to try to combine servers as much as possible and to cut down on, on the energy usage.
